Trolley Rental Agreement
The following are trolley rules and if broken could result in removal from the trolley and/or the loss of deposit.
- No smoking
- No illegal drugs
- No underage drinking
- No standing or sitting on back of seats
- No weapons
- Please clean spills up right away
- No glitter or confetti
- No discharge of bodily fluids
- While bus is in motion, passenger must sit or stand behind passenger line
- Stand at your own risk while in motion
Deposit, Payment, & Gratuity
There is a 4-hour minimum rental on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Overtime beyond 15 minutes will be charged in on hour increments at the agreed hourly rate.
All reservations must be made by persons 18 years or older.
A $250 deposit is required to hold your date and will be subtracted from the total. Reservations are only finalized upon receipt of deposit. Balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to event or deposit is forfeited. Any reservations made within 14 days of scheduled event must be paid in full and is non-refundable. Deposits for cancellations within 14 days of scheduled event will not be refunded.
Payments can be made by debit or credit card.
A credit card will be kept on file for damages.
Gratuity is appreciated and can be accepted by driver at time of event.
Damage Policy & Fees
The driver inspects the vehicle before and after each rental. If the trolley is not left in the same condition as when boarded, customer shall be responsible for any repairs or cleaning. In such case repairs and cleaning will be deducted from customer’s credit card on file.
Customer is responsible for informing their guests of the rules and regulations in this contract. Customer will be held responsible for actions of their guests.
Inclement Weather & Safety
Swallow’s Nest Express will not be held responsible for late arrivals caused by acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdowns, misunderstanding of pick up and drop off information and any situation beyond the trolley driver’s control.
We do not permit guests to extend any part of their bodies outside the windows or to throw any objects from the trolley. Doing so can result in termination of guest. Swallow’s Nest Express will not be held responsible or liable for any injuries caused by negligence of guests.
Swallow’s Nest Express will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items during or after the completion of the rental.
A cancellation notice is required at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit.

Swallow’s Nest Express reserves the right to use any pictures or videos taken by our staff for website/internet purposes. Please inform us, upon signing this contract, if this is not agreed upon.
